What About Call-In Service at Books In Motion?

When you call into Books In Motion you are going to be surprised when a real live person answers the telephone, ready to help you.  No press this, press that and the language is fluent English.  Your questions will be answered and if you have a problem, it will always be solved to your satisfaction.  And if by chance it isn’t solved to your satisfaction, then I want to hear about it, call and ask for me, Gary Challender.

You don’t have to wait until you have a problem to call, call and ask us about titles, what’s popular, what’s good to listen to, how to use our website and so on.  We are always glad to hear from you, then we can ask you questions on how you like this or that, or what can we do better on our website.  After all we designed this program to benefit you, our customer, and we want it to be exactly what you want it to be.
